Draft Orders for IFLA arbitrations
November 15, 2013 Posted by: WebBoxFour draft orders crafted for use in connection with and in support of IFLA arbitrations were yesterday issued by the President’s Office for consultation. They form part of the first batch of orders created under the Family Orders Project for use in the Family Court.

Stay pursuant to Arbitration Act 1996, section 9 and/or under the court’s management powers
