The Glorious Twelfth
August 12, 2014 Posted by: WebBoxFamily Arbitrators can have no grouse with the road-map drawn up by the President’s Money Arrangements Programme’s Financial Remedies Working Group whose report is issued today, for a period of consultation.
The truly glorious Twelfth Annex recommends detailed Guidance concerning the interface between the Family Court and Arbitrations conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act 1996. Paragraphs 85 to 95 of the main Report are also devoted to and are highly supportive of family finance arbitrations.
