New Children Rules and Form ARB1CS
July 5, 2018 Posted by: WebBoxNew IFLA Children Scheme Rules (the 3rd edition) and a new ARB1CS (application for children arbitration) came into force on 1 July. The ARB1CS can be downloaded and completed in Word format here.
The Financial Scheme Rules currently in force (the 6th edition) can be viewed here and the current ARB1FS (application for financial arbitration) downloaded here.
IFLA has produced a useful summary of the most recent Rule changes which can be accessed here.
