President’s Practice Guidance: Standard Financial and Enforcement Orders

On 30 November 2017 Sir James Munby issued this Practice Guidance which includes reformulated versions of the arbitration-specific standard court orders and arbitration recitals to replace the earlier versions published as Annexes to his November 2015 Practice Guide on Arbitration in the Family Court (still available here).
