Revised 2014 editions of the IFLA Scheme Rules and of arbitration agreement Form ARB1 have been published

The changes are immediately effective but are not dramatic, and are summarised in the Note which, together with the new Rules and Form ARB1, can be accessed and downloaded below. A word-processable version of this new Form ARB1 is available for download and completion via the ‘Apply for arbitration’ tab on the homepage.
