November 10, 2015 Posted by: WebBoxA feature of the computer program @eGlance, the entire Commentary on all financial aspects of the FPR 2010 and the PDs (as amended) have been revised and brought up to date by its editors who include Peter Singer and Gavin Smith. Rhys Taylor maintains a detailed section on TOLATA cases which he has contributed to the program. Thanks to their co-editors and to the publishers Class Legal the paragraphs dealing with the IFLA Arbitration Scheme are freely available here.
